Rivers, MB | Are the tall plants durum as well? I don't grow durum but I know that some varieties of wheat have indiscriminate growth. CDC Falcon (winter wheat) is quite varied in height and grows similar to your picture, maybe even more pronounced. Are the tall plants in the seed row or between? That would help track down your problem. Did you and your neighbor get the seed from the same supplier?
