Thanks guys, I had no idea that one of the little hand held units would "see" enough satellites through the cab windows,to do a good job without an external antenna. Many times the external antenna,if available,cost nearly as mich as the GPS unit.
This gives me several options that might work,and some are available at Wally world for cheap :)
