I sent you an email as well, but in case anyone catches this and is interested attached is an info sheet that goes through determining soil moisture by feel.
We also need a rain badly in in West Central Kansas, we are at less than 4" of precip this year. The corn and sorghum that did emerge is quickly dying out.
I hope everybody gets the amount of moisture they do/do not need.
