Subject: RE: Tear down old barn?

Several good threads of saving old barns lots of links and info.

A couple of mine are in there also some good conversions that others did also.

Old buildings are a blessing and curse. Lots of personal history behind them and in decent shape they are worth saving. If not a real connection to them it often makes more sense to take them down. I've done both. The timbers and lumber can easily be worth a lot of money to help pay for cleaning up an old barn and site.
