As harvest moved north of I80 all of the sudden the yapping about record yields quit. While there are pockets of excellent crops, you can't set state records with just pockets.
Also, farmers decided they were going to store corn rather than give it away in the $2s. I am in the grain cart and can see 160k of new storage between two farms that wasn't there 3 months ago.
Prices are going up and no one has any idea why
