| Where is the disease located on the plant? Lower leaves, ear leaf, upper leaves? The closer it gets to the upper part of the plant, the more critical it becomes to control it with a fungicide. I would say, if you have disease on the lower leaves now and tasseling in the next few days along with good disease spreading conditions(warm, moist, humid), I would go away from straight Headline or Quadris and go with Tilt, Quilt, or Stratego. The spread of this disease could be a yield robber if let go too long with good spreading conditions. The more area of the ear leaf that is infected, the greater the possibility for yield reduction.
