North Dakota | That's a tough one because how you handle this could be the same way you'll get treated when it's your cattle in his pasture and eventually something like that will happen. I'd say call him the night before ya round them up and tell him to come get her or sort her out and turn her back out and call him to go get her. If he is decent about it he will offer to pay rent. I'd play the nice guy neighbor the first time if he acts like a dink about it then you can return the favor next time because it will happen again. | |
