Dublin, VA | Not that it help this time, but we usually pull the chopper up on some 4' long or so blocks. Take the processor down with two floor jacks. Then since the chopper is high enough you can back away with the chopper as long as it doesn't come down before the cutter head clears.
Since it's down already, that's the hard part, it may take some wiggling to get it out. Not sure if it will slide out the back or not but that's how we get the two auger box out. Seems we are usually close the the tensioners for the feed rolls up front. | |
