I wouldn't cut it if it were mine. It will regrow a few inches and that is worst case scenario. Late cuttings never bale up like you think they will. Between harvest costs, wrapping bill, and lost yield in next years first cutting it is not worth it. The way your fields are set up I would definitely graze it though if weather conditions are right. Wait until about 1 November when it is definitely froze off completely. Strip graze it and lock them out if rain is predicted.
