Each vaccine has a recommended time between vaccines to re booster. I would go with that to get the maximize immune response.
The less stressed and healthier the calves are while their body responds to the vaccine and produces antibodies the better off they will be. Generally three weeks after the booster the effects of stress ect would have less impact on the calves being able to mount an immune response.
