Subject: when to cut frosted sorghum sudangrass?

SC Wisconsin
There was a post yesterday on grazing frosted sudangrass, but I will be making baleage. Its looking like a good stretch of weather this week, so I'm thinking about cutting it tomorrow. Correct me if I'm wrong, but any prussic acid should be gone through the fermentation process right? Or do I need to let it stand a few days? Also, how long should i let it lay to get to 50-60%? I'm in with and we will be getting 40's at night and 60 during the day. TIA
