We have two cart drivers that are well past 70, a harvester operator as well. I pair them with younger guys so they can stay in the cabs and just drive. They are good with equip. On time, great to work with, can't say enough good about them. Two have been with me for 20 years, will be like losing a family member when that time comes. J
