Their lowest package is about $55 then you'll have fee's for a DVR, HD or anything else you add.  Any lower price is introductory and will only last a few months and lock you into a 1-2 year contract.  You can run two TV's off one receiver with no extra fee, I think a third would require a hopper or some other add on.
