gluten is in wheat. Most all cakes have flour in them. you can find gluten free cake mixes and bread but it is not the same and does not taste very good usually. We do gluten free for our son but for a cake we find a replacement desert usually. you might want to find out if you could have a substitute for the gluten free people.
