Napanee, Ontario | LOL Husker... Did anyone catch what the excuse was for being almost a billion off on the carryout?
Always seems to be lots of supply side coverage and analysis, yet mostly crickets on the demand side.... why is that? Is it for when they overshoot supply again and again (mistakenly of course), they alwyas have "a surpise on the demand side" to come in and mop up the mess?
Anyone remember the 2.75 Corn headline that hung around on Agweb for pretty much the entire month of November last year? Corn was supposed to be coming out of everyone's ears and there'd be nowhere to put it all. Nevermind any mention of the buyers tho... oh? they bought a little more than we thought? Dang, well, we would've been right if not for that pesky demand that for some reason comes online when prices are low... how could anyone have seen that coming?
