Using your numbers..............$500 per head divided by 15 acres= $33.33 per acre Sounds like row crop farming still has you beat!
TM keep in mind a 33$ profit on 6$/ac. ground with my math is over a 500% return isn't it?? If you want to talk in dollars per acre, I bet you can't rent some top-notch dirt for lets say 300$/ac. and get a 500% profit?? Just sayin, it's hard to compare apples to oranges.... Interesting though! |
