I found a nasal spray from Sterimar when in Ireland and ordered some for home. It's just sea water in a pressurized can. You can get one with copper and manganese to ease your cold too. I think they're great. I was sick a lot when younger and am rarely sick now. If you use the Sterimar everyday for a long time, your nose will bleed, so it's something I only use after being in bins, etc... Or around people with a cold.
