MN | Tired of Paying $80+ per month. Figured nows the best time to cut it since we rarely watch tv in the spring. Once planting starts, don't have time. But I am looking at getting antennae, just so we can maybe pick up some news channels, and days you want to watch something. How many channels can I expect to pick up? Im not expecting more than a half dozen, but I will see. I talked to a guy at a farm show that was selling one for roughly $100-120 and it had a remote so it could move to tune in more stations. Might go with that one, unless anyone has any better ideas. Also, how much will height affect the signal? I can go on top of my house ~25 feet or on top of the old windmill ~60 feet.
Thanks for the input, oh and when I called to cancel my Direct, they magically found a way to shave $30 off my bill for a year if I stay connected, haha thanks but no thanks. |
