Yeah, I've got a couple of Weber Smoky Mountains and an assortment of other Weber grills around here. The breakfast pepper deal was pretty simple, just core them and dump in whatever else you want in a scrambled egg mixture. Probably need to have them on indirect if you are cooking over charcoal to get the eggs cooked without charring the peppers too much. I can show you what the ingredients were for that cook with the Bloody Marys. As with any good Bloody Mary, it's not an exact science. Homemade pickles and tomato juice.
