Thanks farmboy78, that is exactly what I heard about the selling process.

I also agree there seems to be some softening in the land market...not quite as much here as what you're saying, but definitely some softening.

Any particular reason they decided to sell all their ground?? Seems to me it would be a nice steady revenue stream and a solid long term investment for them...
