Nope i was thinking he could sell down there and move north. Could maybe find some land in nebraska that would be similar to texas minus the constant dust storms and if it would be the eastern side of the state might have alot of irrigation water. Some of the pictures and stories i hear of the "dust bowl" states i would be real tempted to get the heck out of there.
