Wife teaches at inner city school, she works 7 days a week. Most salaried positions work 7 days a week. College does not have anything to do with that attitude, it is the person. I have a master's and I never thought anything of working 7 days a week. Loved my summer job when I was in HS I would work 70-80 hour weeks every chance I got.

I know you dont want to hear it but get rid of her, that is an attitude that will prove to be a problem in the future.
