I've got three employees from Ukraine. They haven't come back over yet. Talk to them a lot over the weekend. One says this could turn into a world war. None of them are optimistic about a "good" outcome. They're not sure if they'll get a visa this year. The talk is calling up all men under the age of 40. All my guys fall into that category.
