Heck I rarely even pay any attention to the reports. How can I efficiently utilize the information?

The efficient market is efficient in the long run but anything but in the short run.

The use of information effectively assumes that people use logic and wisdom to come up with their positions.

I bet 90% of the population use their logic 5% of the time and emotions to make decisions 95% of the time. The other 10% might use logic 10% of the time.

People making logical decisions is a fallacy. One look at the advertisements on TV, the internet and in magazines points out what is used for decision making. When was the last time you saw a spreadsheet with data that would actually convey "information" on an advertisement? We "think" with the little head most of the time.

My opinion and personal experience only. May not apply to others.

John
