WC MN | The guys I work with will not lend money for them if I remember correctly. I'm not sure what they are valuing them on balance sheets right now. From anybody that knows anything about the industry there does not to seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel yet. My question is what will happen when these joint ventures start to expire over the coming years? I would think the supply of available stock to buy will exceed the demand. | |
