Eastern ND | I think some local help was hired also. And none of that was union. Look at Your farm. What if it was a union captive farm? Do You and your employees stop after 12 hrs on the job? Then don't go back to work for at least 10 hrs.? RRs are some of the worst run businesses in the US. Penalties for doing anything extra beyond Your exact job is grounds to get fired, and loose all Your benefits. Just go ask some of the local elevator Mgrs what they think of the RR. | |
