South central Manitoba		Cold. Oil. Big crop.

Winter slows down train movement the same way it slows everything else. And we have had cold in spades lately.

Oil movement by rail is big and pays better.

The big crop has to squeeze through the undersized delivery system.

Consequence is basis does the heavy lifting to restrain deliveries.
