Do you have treated wood under the composite for joists? How are they holding up. We will have a covered deck when our project is done I am wondering how long it will last.
Yes, they are old enough it's the GOOD kind of CCA, haven't used any modern treated wood.
I built many decks in the 20+ years I was in construction, other than a few pieces of treated yellow pine that would almost crawl off the job site, not many problems with it. |
