Why on earth would anyone sell land to pay off debt?
Interest rates are at all time lows.
Inflation is rampant and will likely continue the way our Gubment is printing money.
Once again, this is not the 80's......19% interest is not likely to happen anytime soon.
ever been on a treadmill set at 7 mph and maximum incline? I have and it ain't much fun. Lower it down to level and set the speed at 3 and a half and you can go forever and not even break a sweat. This obviously doesn't fit your high level of tolerance for stress and that's fine. More power to you. |
