Right now may be a good time for a strategy like that as well... if one was already experienced in hogs. Might be a few years where one could buy corn pretty close to what they could grow it for ahead. Couple that with a few paid for hog barns and a guy could really put some cash away.... 5 years later reevaluate the situation.... if hogs look to continue build another barn... if ground comes down buy some more dirt. Those with more options will come out of this better then folks that only grain farm like myself
that out of the box kind of thinking is what separates the real wealth makers from the also rans. I predict you shall go far, Grasshopper. ( I know that saying a little before your time)
