Roll the dice. Where are we in cycle? Level off or crash? Don't know. I am keeping my land and might buy some more this winter. Like the other quote, those afraid to buy then will still be afraid. Those that were buyers will continue to be buyers. Time will tell. I don't expect a crash but more a softening of land prices. It won't bother me if land drops 15% in value, I will just buy more.
