| FWIW I stockpiled some corn and have about 100 bags. Could realistically order very little. Not the top stuff but with $4 corn I can lose 10 bu acre and still be money ahead for what I have in it. $7 corn a different story.
100% corn this year and back closer to 60% corn next year. 40% notill beans and going back to growing SRWW notilled in beans. Wish I had bean stubble to grow wheat this year because we can grow 85bu wheat and 15-25 bu beans behind. May try some oats on a few acres for the cover crop guys to buy. Things are going back to the old ways. Do a few different things rather than one. | |
