I am from MN and you are from WI, so I imagine we have the same dealer (network). Your experience has been much better than mine - parts ARE available relatively quickly (though no faster than any other dealer I work with), my biggest complaint is the cost of whole goods and service parts. You think Deere is bad (yes, they are), CAT is even worse.
I also take issue with the fact that CAT tells me who I can deal with on new equipment, it is not my choice. It just so happens that my dictated salesman knows very little about skidsteers, but he is the only one CAT will let me deal with. This fact made it easy to go with another manufacturer. | |
