NE SD | Your description of how the reciever works on the back of a 4wd cab is false. If the cab were behind the articulation point, it would be correct, but the only tractors around setup like that are payloaders, 2+2's, and bi-directionals. There are lots of ATU's running around our area with the recievers mounted near the back of the cab on 4wd's using the two cab bolts as a mounting location. We have absolutely no trouble with our recievers mounted on the front of the cabs on our 4wds. | |
