I buy most of my seed from a very local seed company, dad did business with their dad.
They grow their own seed, they bag and market it.
I plant a little Decalb or other big name stuff too.
The small seed co has better yield on my farm year in and year out.
That might not be true for the way others farm.
The local is perhaps 90-100 bucks a bag cheaper. But I a more interested in that they have good corn.
