most guys in our area get paid monthly,on a per pig space.usually $30-42 pig space,depending on if it's a weaner or feeder pig,new or old,setup the way the contractor wants,or some funky one of a kind design.one of the contractors we run with pays a sort bonus,also if you run a weaner barn for them,they will ocasionally double and triple stock,some pretty good coin to be made their.some of the integrators have been capturing some of the manure value,seen one of their contracts think it's definately tilted their way.
