Wow, I knew the Fed was buying a lot, but according to this as soon as 2016:

"we fully expect that the Fed will hit its current SOMA limit of 70% of any and every CUSIP across the curve by 2016."

Wow. Three years away.

A taper may be closer than I think, simply because there will not be enough bonds to buy at current rate of purchases.
