Yeah the corn looks "green as grass."  But you don't know what the yields will be...  I would say there is potential for many fields, also less potential for others.  We have a way to go yet!  Just saying... 

Land can be 16K here too, or more in some places!  So what?  Haven't bought any at that price, paid down debt instead.
