I'll second the Phase Perfect, especially if neither you nor your electrician know anything about 3 phase converters. With a rotary converter, it is important to know which of the phases to hook sensors and control systems to - and to keep them straight. With Phase Perfect, it is wire it in and forget it; and with better power curves than the electric company provides.
