In our area the Cat's are not any higher priced than the rest. For some this is a perceived idea.
Exactly, I had always thought the same thing until they stopped out and started quoting prices. They were in line with everyone but offered a 3 year warranty and faster parts and service. They'll work hard to get tge sale. Cat is really making a push into the Ag Market. Their pricing programs are agressive and their engineers are listening, its not hard to get an idea sent straight to an engineer. They have a few stopping out at farms as well to get ideas. |
