North Central Iowa | We have four kids just a couple years older than yours and have been in your shoes. We ended up with an Expedition EL and have been happy with it. My second choice would be a Suburban. Stay away from the Sprinters I have spent several years around the (10) and they are very expensive to maintain and will have some horrible corrosion issues. Not if!! They will get rusty. Service becomes an issue with them because it all dealers will work on them. The thing we like about the expedition EL is the storage room behind the back seat when we travel long distances. We go to 10-12 hr trips several times each year. | |
