exit 220 I-80 IOWA | We just switched to a VW Jetta a year ago . One of the best decisions I have ever made. We have a son in San Antonio and we drive from Iowa to Texas with only 2 tanks of fuel . We run about 70-75 all the way and usually get 40+ mpg. We usually get 30-35 mpg locally. Our daughter-in-law just bought a used VW beetle diesel. She was driving a large sport ute and this was a complete change for her. She didn't have to fill up even once during the whole week of driving. They are easy to drive and get around in traffic. I don't think you will be disappointed. Oil changes run $80-$100. Parts maybe expensive. Jetta and Passat engines are the same. | |
