Lacombe, Alberta | We use a 4 row JD 7000 with dry fertilizer normally pulled by an open station JD 2120 but it's been putting coolant into the engine lately so we'll have to use a different tractor this year. There aren't many used planters for sale here so we haven't gotten a bigger one yet. We plant grass with a 50 foot Valmar PT245 and then cultipack it with the teeth up afterwards.
