Yeah Freeman did that, and so did we. We have been backgrounding cattle as long as i cam remember, and I am 34. You just get to a point where you are tired of putting more money into that calf. "If he lives, he lives, if he dies, he dies" attitude. And yes, ryegrass is a miracle drug at times! You hit the nail on the head, see whats on sale that day.
