Won't work-- they have to be 24 and have proof of independent living expenses for the last year. Just went thru that when my son wanted to go back to school.
It is a bad deal for farmers/small businesses. No one else has to sell off their income source before they can get assistance.
You can incorporate and legally separate the farm assets from your family income.
