Dad lives between town and the "dump" and we have the one dirt road, between town and the "dump". That dirt road has two hills = well hidden, in the valley.

So, guess what happens a lot, on that dirt road.



Dad, can look threw the junk, find a name/number; Call sheriff and the sheriff takes care of it.(Dad use to clean it up, constantly) 

Sheriff does give them 24 hours, to clean it up, otherwise, they will be charged. (He tells them he is going to throw the book at them ,too. I think he quotes them some of the fines, also. $$$)
