Yes I think so, I have some 10 acre "patches." They are too good not to farm.
Me, I would farm it myself. Start liming and fertilizing to soil test and plant it to a crop you can harvest. Soybeans is the easiest, work the ground and drill or rent a notill drill, have it custom sprayed and harvested. Someone might make hay on it for half the crop and you sell the rest if you have storage. Don't know enough about your situation for that but you are welcome to email me or several of the posters here who post their email address.
