perryton, tx | I'm a little nervous about the freeze. It hit 19 saturday night and 20 last night. Low 20s are expected again tonight. On saturday i split open a few stems in my biggest wheat and couldn't find any hollow stem or a head so hoping that the majority of the growing points are still underground and survived. I guess when it starts warming up we will get a better idea of what damage we incurred if any. | |
