Subject: Re: How much freeze can wheat in the boot stage take?

North Central - Texas
Our earlier good wheat that came up in November is probably toast. The top of the head is about 1" from the top of the boot. Wunderground has us at 27 for two nights in a row and that will make the field temperatures 25 or less.

Luckily our sorry wheat that came up in January should be ok.

Probably going to be a bad year to have enterprise units on the wheat.

Did you plant much milo?
