i'm a nice guy and i get land offered to me every fall......i've only rented 1 cause it was close....i also work in town , its never been a concern to the land owners.....
the landowners that come to me say they like the way i run my farm ,if that helps you,and i agree ,be assertive by having a price to put in his head ,that gives him something to think and sleep on...
Nice guys finish last???
